Your Duties Your salary is for a period starting about one week before the arrival of the first campers and ending one day after the last campers leave. In addition to your counselor and coaching duties, all staff members participate in preparation for the camp season, including grooming the athletic fields, setting up equipment, and outfitting the waterfront. Your Salary Your salary, negotiated in advance and stated in your contract, is based on your responsibilities, skill levels, and experience. The full salary is for the full season's work. If you are required to leave for any reason, your salary will be prorated on the basis of number of full days worked divided by the number of full days in the full season. In addition, failure to complete the full season will result in the forfeiture of full travel allowances. You will be paid by check in full on the last day of the season.
